Stephen hopes to empower others to challenge the obstacles to equal justice in cannabis, as well as help redesign the justice system by breaking down the stigma around drug use.⁣

Stephen is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, and his Masters of Public Administration with a focus on drug policy reform and policing. During his time at Ohio State, Stephen worked with OSU's Drug Enforcement and Policy Center, where he supported interdisciplinary, evidence-based research, education, and community outreach around the reformation of laws that regulate traditional drugs.⁣

A native of Rockland County, NY, Rachael has always valued talk therapy, and believes in putting one’s mental health first. She credits her longtime therapist for providing the tools to overcome various hardships throughout her life — and as she battles with issues such as psoriasis and stress — natural self-care is crucial for her; Rachael is a regular at the gym and often participates in outdoor activities, while also enjoying the benefits of responsible cannabis use. She’s an activist for suicide prevention, anti-bullying, LGBTQ+ rights, and The Last Prisoner Project. An alumna of The University at Buffalo, Rachael majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Since her graduation she has worked in Wealth Management, and and is thrilled to now be embarking on the Financial Advisor Training Program. She loves being active, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. Currently she is living in Charlotte, NC with her fiancé, Tony, and pup, Sugar.
