1. It means to get slowed down in the course of your journey in life.

2. When your desired breakthrough is held up somewhere.

3. When a man labor for 10 years for what took others a year to achieve.

4. It make those you started life journey together to get ahead of you while you are stuck at a point.

Movement does not translate to progress.

Areas of delay:

1. Marital delay.

2. Financial delay.

3. Academic delay.

4. Physical delay.

Causes of delay:

1. Sin. (Isaiah 59:1-2; Romans 6:1)

2. Your foundation.
