Do you look in the mirror when you're triggered? What questions do you ask about yourself when you are (whether or not the ego wants to believe it's "someone else's fault")?
Often, we just let the ego being triggered be our stop point. But when we remember to get past that, to self-observation, it can ALWAYS tell us a lot about what's going on, and most importantly, WHAT TO SHIFT so we can simply flow on beyond it.
