Pump Up the Volume features Christian Slater as a shock jock of sorts named “Happy Harry Hard-on” aka “Hard Harry”. Slater channels all the teen rage and cynicism he displayed in Heathers, except he’s now found a more healthy / less murder-y way to get his message out.
