Children's clothing retailer Pumpkin Patch has gone into receivership, owing millions of dollars. The New Zealand based company has a large Australian footprint with over 100 stores and a thousand staff. But a complicated company structure, means dozens of New Zealand employees are likely to miss out on their entitlements.
