Pumpkin Pie for Breakfast-Not Good

I confess, I was too lazy to make breakfast and I ate pumpkin pie. It's important to put good nutrition into your body when you suffer from anxiety.  I admit that I'm not always good at doing that. I'm weak, when it comes to snacks and treats, but I do want to do better. I even have a good for you recipe that I enjoy, so why don't I make it more? I don't know. Do I self-sabotage myself? I often wonder about that, but I'll leave that discussion for another day. Today, I have to get busy and take control of my day.
