  • Punch 2 The Face Radio-The Final Episode
After six years and over 300 shows, my run is over. I'll talk the highs and lows of podcasting over this time and give out some pointers for those thinking about doing a show themselves. But will also share some closing thoughts on the current state of boxing anfd how it played apart in me deciding to leave the show.
It's been a ride and I truly thank everyone who's been on this journey with me.

The “lineal” champion is back in action and the lil guys run it back for a third time. Tyson Fury defends his portion of the heavyweight crown, as he faces an undeserving Derek Chisora in the UK for a third time. While Juan Estrada and Roman Gonzalez look to settle their rivalry in Phoenix. Fight breaks and picks for both.
Regis Prograis stopped Jose Zepeda to capture the WBC belt at 140. After his win, is he the most dangerous man in the division? Zach Parker breaks his hand and John Ryder gets a technical decision. Does this win punch Ryder’s ticket in the Canelo Sweepstakes?

Another slow week of action last week and ahead for this one, but nevertheless we’re here to talk.
Janibek Alimkhanuly failed to create a buzz in his close win over Bentley. So its safe to stop the “boogey man” talk in the division?
Jaime Munguia has yet another fight against nondescript opponent. Should we continue to care about Jaime? And who’s more to blame, him or Golden Boy for his current lackluster stretch of fights?

WFT is a “BLK Prime”? Well I guess Terence Crawford and Adrien Broner will help us figure it out. I’ll share my take on the upstart streaming platform and why we still are not and probably will not see Crawford vs Spence.
Vasiliy Lomachenko is set to return to the ring this weekend vs. Jamaine Ortiz. A lot of eyes will be watching Loma, as protentional opponents will be ringside viewing. Is there anyway Ortiz can pull the upset and ruin a lot people’s plan for 2023?
