So we all know how our country love girls, How we don't kill them before birth, how government didn't have to stop you from sex determination tests. We are more illiterate but things are still changing at very slow rate.
We need strong measures, women are not weak, we tell them hat they are weak and they start to believe it. Women do not need to bow before their husbands or partners, relationship should be equal, power dynamics should be equal.
