A 20 minute quiet walk in nature, great for those who struggle to walk alone without distraction of phones or music etc. Walk with YOU, within the energy of ME and US…into your own quiet walk. (A bit windy at times this one…use the sound to bring you back into your walk away from your thinking distractions).

Quietly walking in nature can really set the tone of the rest of your day. So often we reach for distraction so this will start you off to continue your own walk to reduce external stimuli, settle your nervous system and set the tone of your day. I hope you enjoy.

A quiet walk, encouraging those who fill their quiet space walking with music, talking or any other type of ‘activity’ of mind, in order to soothe the unfamiliar noise of quiet. In this walk, you walk with me and I hope this starts you off wandering into your own kind of quiet. It’s a great start for those who avoid quiet walks but like the idea. Come and walk with me for 24 mins and then continue alone but always connected ♥️

Passionate conversations excite me BUT if I forget to check in with me, they can also bring overwhelm. A little ponder on that.

It allows a little time to bring things you love to do into your awareness and also brings a space to notice any resistance or story as to why you may not have time for this. A heavily guided meditation for those that find stillness too noisy or for those that would appreciate a calm 20 min pause.
