In this podcast, I discuss my struggle with nicotine addiction and how I illiminated my nicotine cravings from an accidental purge. Purge meaning throwing up and fasting, so a complete flush of my system from which I emerged completely reset. It's almost like my brain was taught to crave the wrong things and the organisms in my stomach stored that information so when I got rid of them by purging I didn't have any cravings and I was able to retrain my stomach to crave the correct things.
