Lauren accosts Kieran in the locker room, where she tells him they need to talk.

They walk to a nearby alleyway, with Will watching them.

Relations between thenm are tense, but business must be attended to. Lauren and Kieran discuss what to do about the leader's directive to find and kill Lune. Kieran is highly uncomfortable at first, but comforted by the fact that Lauren is willing to work with him.

They settle on a plan, and before Lauren leaves, Kieran asks her why she was late this morning, but Lauren brushes him off with a cutting remark letting him know that things between them are NOT ok.

At the Golden Clover, Bella goes to report to Messenger VII that Tim Sake is having trouble keeping his mouth shut and told a detective about his involvement with the Allendale Train bombing. She tells him the name was Sinclair and the messenger says this is problematic.

Bella complains about being left out of the killing fun, and we learn of her rivalry with Kieran. The messenger leaves her with a final injunctive to have fun.
