This episode is the 43rd episode from the start of Season 2, and what a foil it is!  

Lauren heads to the cave, remembering what happened last time, but determinedly shaking it out of her head.   

When she arrives, a very difference scene greets her. The cave is awash in warm colors from the cackling, welcoming fire. A miraculously upright Kieran beckons her closer, only to be surprised at Lauren's insistent directive, and even more surprised at her lack of hesitation to... er... disrobe him.  They talk about it, mentioning a doctor (did someone say Dylan?). 

And then the most surprising thing of all happens - Lauren opens up! She tells him everything, including her emotional difficulties with learning about her parents' true identities. Kieran then (almost) does the most heart-melting move, but at the last moment, reverses, and continues with the affirming, wise statements that melt our hearts.   

🥺🥺🥺 We are puddles. 🥺🥺🥺  

And even more heart-meltingly, after a brief and joyous realization of more clues, Lauren extends her hand and calls him... not subordinate! Not subordinate!!  

We end with Drunk Joe discovering something he shouldn't have, and suffering for it...
