This week I had the pleasure of interviewing plastic surgeon, Dr. Ryan Neinstein. Dr. Neinstein tells us about himself, his practice and how he got where he is now. He gives us valuable tips and insights on purpose, grit, mastery, and the joys of family. We discuss (and dispel) some of my limiting beliefs around plastic surgery, the types of patients he sees, the most common procedure he does, along with the best and worst parts of his job. We may not all be stellar plastic surgeons, but we can all take a page or two out of Dr. Ryan's book.
