Kevin Washington is one of the most impactful professionals in the sports industry. He possess a unique gift of bringing out the best in those who are around him. He has been in the Director of Player Development role for the University of Texas Football Team for 7 years.
In this episode I sit down and talk with Kevin about the different journeys he has been on i life and how he has been able to continue his purpose on these different paths.

Kevin Washington Bio:
Kevin Washington has made a career at the intersection of athletics, leadership, and character development. At The University of Texas at Austin, he serves as the Director of Player Development. In this role, he works to prepare student-athletes for success beyond the football field, turning athletes into young men of character prepared for life and work. Kevin is responsible for having created the 4Ever Texas program, which has been adopted by the entire University of Texas Athletic Department. Before coming to UT Austin, Kevin worked with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in two different university settings. His passion for this work comes from his experience as a student-athlete and his desire to ensure that success doesn’t end with competition but becomes a strong foundation for the next steps a student-athlete will take in their life and career.
