When we caught up at The Ivy he was with a client and I was working (typical) - we ending up chopping it up of just 20mins and I was sold on his vision straight away. The synergies was there... I told myself this NEEDS to be documented!

Tina Taylor has become a great confidant of mine over the years. We met way back when her kids performed an one of my events at the dance house theatre.

From a having a group of kids that used to go around various venues performing, she has gone on to open up her own dance school - The Aim Sky High company, which empowers young kids (mainly female) through dance.

She given many people opportunities, from her staff to her kids, providing them with life long memories. It was only right she was the first female to feature on Purpose and Passion).

Dance has opened many doors through her leadership by taking the kids to Las Vegas to perform, to having them perform with the likes go Anthony Joshua, Stormy and Giggs.

Not one to get comfortable her agency now also represents England and Manchester United's crown jewel Mary Earls and many others.

She really embodies Purpose & Passion by empowering her community.

Mo (known to people as Mo Liv or previously Mo Circle) is one person I love to catch up with - he always has stories to tell and experiences to learn from.

A true bedrock within Manchester nightlife which has become renowned worldwide and Mo had a major part to play in the scene.

From building extremely reputable establishments including Circle, Liv, History and Yourz, which has attracted the likes of Usain Bolt, Ronaldinho, Johnny Depp and David Beckham to mention a few.

We talk about his journey and the lessons he picked up from Africa which helped shape him to build not only his reputation, but also give many people opportunities and their first start.

Ryan aka "Mr Investa" is a long time friend I met during the days of me doing nightclub events in my early years. I was vey much in the promotion game, doing club nights.

First thing that struck me about Ryan was his relentlessness and enthusiasm. Always willing, energetic and ambitious! By the end of this episode you won't only learn a thing or two, but this energy should rub off on you as well.

Founded in 2020 during the middle of lockdown, Ryan has gone on to shake the market with his Buy To Let property service "Mr Investa" - winning awards such Best Online Agency, Innovation Awards. This has been built from the ground up to where he now resides in the heart of Media City.

Aaron is a good friend I met along the way. We crossed paths at The Lounge (my entertainment event) which was hosted at Impossible, and this where we connected.

He was in the process of setting up South Manny Flavaz in the kitchen of Impossible, which went on to setting up diner on Deansgate. His business went on to make over £1million in revenue by catering for the likes of Parklife, Manchester City FC and many more.

We've collaborated on numerous occasions at The Lounge, serving the likes of Marcus Rashford & Raheem Sterling to name a few, as well as celebratory events such as my birthday!

In this episode we discuss how his upbringing and Vietnamese culture has shaped his passion for cooking and business. He has worked with some highly esteemed chefs and there is a lot we can learn from his journey.

Tawfeeq, (to me Taf) - is one of the most intelligent gentlemen I have met; well read, well spoken and well presented. He's a man of many layers with no greater purpose than raising his 4 children. We spoke about fatherhood and the responsibilities of 4 kids (two sets of twins btw), being a member of the Aspen Institute, speaking at Manchester tech-fest, being raised in Africa and many more topics. A man short for time, but high on priorities.

I learnt a lot from Tawfeeq and I am sure you will to, as I believe he has the potential to be one of the greatest educators of our generation.

From playing professional basketball (Manchester Giants) to being homeless in a warehouse trying to start a new business at the beginning of pandemic, Jefe knows how difficult mental battles can be.

As a barber he hears a lot of peoples problems but also found the common problem of men not knowing where to go for solutions.
