In our society, being someone of few words is often frowned upon. However, if done for the right reasons, it is a trait that can benefit in this world and the next. Shaykh Faraz Rabbani explains that Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) practiced purposeful silence – a Prophetic trait that all believers should aspire for. This intentional silence also means reflecting on Allah Most High, His creation, and our duty towards The Devine and all creation.

On dua: He encourages that we make our duas expansive – Our Lord is Most Generous, loves to give, and His bounty is vast.
