In this sermon from the last of Romans 9, we discover how Paul contrasts the works righteousness of the Jews over against the faith of the Gentiles. We can understand why one might pursue righteousness by works of the Law, but Paul teaches that grace is through faith alone in Christ alone. Thus we are encouraged to seek righteousness through faith in Jesus, and not to stumble over the Cornerstone Himself.
