He particularly hits on the part of verse 32 that says, "then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." He uses the analogy that in the way that professional athletes need proper nutrition and to fill their bodies with good food, Christians need to pursue God and fill their hearts and minds with the proper spiritual food and truth from the Bible.
