This week's Ikala Podcast episode, Joewel Pascual will interview Peter Tapao. Peter is one of the CrossFit coaches at Ikala Strong, and he loves helping the members grow as athletes and coaching them to do things they never thought they could do, especially when it comes to weightlifting. As a coach, it's definitely a highlight for him when he sees members get stronger regardless of age, experience, gender, or ability because it shows that what we're doing at Ikala Strong works!
