It was Stephen Covey who said, “Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.” More and more in this day and age, we have lost the desire and ability to actively listen. Last week, we were reminded that God intently hears our prayers - but are we listening to Him? Do we seek to silence the noise in our lives long enough to hear His voice?
