Pulling Others Up:

·         Be Quick to Listen and Slow to Talk-James 1: 19

·         Pray for someone who is hurting or burdened-Philippians 4: 13

·         Be Patient-Ephesians 4: 2

·         Encourage your spouse, family member, or friend-1 Thessalonians 5: 11

·         Celebrate someone else’s “wins”-Romans 12: 15

This is what it means to Push Others Down:

·         Corrupting Talk-Ephesians 4: 29

·         Harboring-Judgement-Matthew 7: 1

·         Bitterness, Wrath, Anger and Clamor-Ephesians 4: 31-32

And I quote “Most people find anger addictive because it makes their egos feel righteous, justified or victimized.  Pointing the finger at another is much easier than examining one’s own Shadows.“
