Take that step and go, with choice and decision. 

This episode I talk about taking steps and go, moving forward. What a preparation looks like to take that step while managing all of those emotions.

So my button pressing is a lot of managing things in my life a different way and how my emotions pop up and what I do. I need a plan, support and I need to implement more of SELF-CARE and COMPASSION!
