Season 1 – Episode 6 – David Koch
A much-loved son, still missing after 16 years…
My interview with David Koch, whose son, Gareth, has been missing since 2004 whilst trekking in Nepal.
David Koch is a retired Police Officer who lives with his wife Gill in the small market town of Wantage in Oxfordshire. David and Gill have two sons, Adam who is a Police Sergeant with the West Midlands Police and Gareth who is still currently classed as a missing person.
David talks about how he and his family have dealt with the difficult circumstance of how one of their two sons, Gareth, hasn’t been seen for 16 years, not knowing for sure, what has happened to him. Listen to David’s story and hear how they have been managing to deal with Gareth’s disappearance.
It is difficult not to be moved by a story that, at the time of our interview, has no ending.
