Lesson 171: Push Yourself More Than You Do Anyone Else 

If you are given the opportunity to lead, you have to make sure you are not just delegating but that you are leading from the front. It's easier to have your team get on board when they see you are working as hard as they are if not even harder. When you push yourself, you get better and you grow.
