This week a fifty-five year old disabled man filed a law suit against members of a the Francisco Police Department, alleging they acted wrongly when they shot him in his wheelchair. 

Jeremy Miller and Mesa Monge Irezarry will discuss these kind of shootings and possible ways to avoid similar incidents.
