In this episode I talk to our clients about push phases and pull phases.
Sometimes throughout your year you will be in an ultra high focused 'push' phase, where your diet is clean, training is on top and everything is going smoothly.
But sometimes you will be in a 'pull' phase where you might have extra stress on at work, more childcare responsibilities or just more social events going on. So this is where we identify we are going to have to pull back a little.
