PUSHING Towards Your Goals In The New Year! (& Sticking To Them!)

Are you really going to pursue your new year’s resolutions throughout the entire year? If you pay attention to this episode, you may get it so take a seat and buckle up because, in the next hour, Eddie and I are going to display all our tips and recommendations to build a solid, foolproof and reliable list of resolutions that you are going to stick to for the next 12 months and who knows, maybe even longer than that.

We are going to touch the ground on various important themes such as the pursuit of balance, we'll give  a quick recap to the ABCs of 2019 and how we need to acknowledge all the things that we cannot keep carrying on in 2020.

We’re also reflecting on our level of commitment towards our goals, the reasons why most people never stick to their resolutions in order to work on those behaviors and finally, start creating a significant change in our lives because the only way of getting different results is by taking different actions that lead us to those results.
