Coach Lo is originally from the island of Guam where she grew up dancing competitively with SKIP Entertainment Co., across the US, Europe and Canada. She went on to pursue a B.F.A. in Dance at the University of Hawaii and proceeded to dance professionally in New York and Los Angeles with credits such as the Latin AMAs, the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. After moving to Los Angeles, she eventually left dance professionally and began to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Alongside becoming a fitness professional + coach she is also pursuing an amateur boxing career.
