It almost seems like glow-ups are "in" these days; people are constantly trying to better themselves and other people notice. We narrowed this topic down to one experience: Ben Morgan. Austin and I had the BEST time picking Ben's brain as to what logistically goes into a glow-up, how others contribute to it, and the heart behind trying to become a better version of yourself.
