My writing journey is littered with excuses. Initially, they seemed legit but as I took a closer look at them, 

I realized there was something deeper going on.

At the root, fear was the motivator. 

- Fear of the unknown

- Fear of how people would respond to the book (would they like it, would anyone even read it?)

- Did I have anything noteworthy to share 

But I only made progress when I put aside the excuses and got to work which led to me publishing my first book. 

So what excuses are you making on your writing journey? 

Excuses will stop you from making any kind of progress.
