There is so much that going on in our thoughts every moment of everyday. Most of the time people are putting themselves down, especially when suffering with PTSD.
Then, there are the other people around you, those people who tell you that it has been long enough and you shouldn't feel like this anymore, or maybe tell you their problems and say things like you think that is bad wait till you hear this.
Today I want you to put in your earplugs, and focus inward focus on your thoughts and how to improve them, focus on things bigger than your situation that you have been through, just overall focus on your growth and your path.
