If you're a servant, giver and lover of people, you may have found yourself being guilty of helping others "breathe" before you were breathing at all. Like flight attendants tell us on an airplane, it's imperative that we put on our oxygen masks before helping others, in the event of an emergency.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing the thing that's been holding me back in this season and the clear instruction that I've been given to change it. I pray that it helps all of us walk in freedom!
