Maria: Implement cues to stay in routine, like setting out your shoes if you plan to go for an evening walk. Be flexible with the best ways to implement new routines so that they bring joy.

Kelly: Establish routines but realize that sometimes you’ll need a break. Don’t take routines to the extreme so that they feel like a prison.
