Spoiler alert: This is one of the most fun, interesting, and tasty beers I've ever made! It started with a ridiculous idea of smoking hops with a nine-dollar cocktail smoker. I had yet to determine if the hops would absorb the smoke, if the smoke would last through the boil, and if any smoke character would survive fermentation. I got all my answers and more in this fun experimental brewing episode!
