Flight attendants tell us all the time, "put your mask on before trying to help someone else." While it's a situation that most of us wish to avoid it does make you think, "how important is it for me to take care of myself before trying to help others?"

I have a bad habit of helping everyone else out and doing their tasks better than I do my own. Might be time to make a change... Both of us.
