We rule from our spirit over our thoughts, our will, and emotions that is our soul. The spirit is where the Holy Spirit dwells teaching us all things, like calm down, do not lean on how you feel about this situation. The Holy Spirit is reminding us of all truth. Our strength is in the word of God not in what we see or in how we feel.
