Sometimes, situations in life will cause a root of bitterness to grow within you. When something isn’t right or doesn’t feel good, you grow discontent or discouraged. This root of bitterness, Pastor Phil explains today, will pull you away from God and cause you to look to other things for purpose and pleasure. It will poison your heart and grow and spread to those around you. Bitterness must be dealt with. Bring it to God in confession, get your heart right with Him and renew your faith and trust in Him.
