Earlier today, I made this post on social media. I was feeling down, sad, angry, frustrated, and alone. I didn't know how to help a friend that is struggling with something very challenging. 

"Often in life we become frustrated and sad because we don’t know what to say or what to do for someone that we love and care about! 

Today is one of those days..

Today I send my worries and my prayers to the Lord above"

It seems like there are so many times in life when our words seem shallow or when we just can't seem to comfort someone we care about. We often want to take the pain away from our loved one who is struggling, and we don't always know how we can help. It's in times like these that I put it upstairs to the Big Guy! Yes, I talk to God! I guess that's called praying... 

Now, someone may call me religious because I talk to the Big Guy. Others will understand because they talk to him too!

Regardless, it is my sincere hope that no person ever feels unloved or alone. And if there is a time, I hope they/you/me will put it upstairs to the Big Guy.
