We all put extra pressure on ourselves occasionally, and even though I "know all the things" I still catch myself doing it on a regular basis. Maybe you pressure yourself to look a certain way, or to hit a certain income level. For me, it's my to-do list...my never ending, always growing to-do list. I think that once I complete all the items, THEN I can relax! 

But...

I keep adding to it.

Kind of a one step forward, two steps back kind of thing. 

The good news is: we don't have to continue this way! And even though I'm still guilty of this from time to time, I can say I put WAY less pressure on myself than I used to.
