Matt sits down with our real doc, fake name: "Joe". For the first six months at his new practice, Joe worked with side-by-side with the seller. But with the seller now retired since the beginning of the new year, Joe's "honey-moon phase" of practice ownership is over. Matt asks Joe what he did to get lenders to help him into practice ownership, and what made him so ready for practice ownership.
