Matt has been training in CrossFit for over 6 years, competing at national and international levels, making appearances at super regionals on a team in 2017 and 2018, as well as competing as an individual in 3 sanctioned events. He most recently finished 12th at the West Coast Classic in 2021.

Matt designs programs for a variety of different intentions, including general fitness, injury pre/rehab, and athletic performance. He has experience with all aspects of individual coaching from his competitive and coaching careers.

He has joined Underdogs Athletics coaching staff as he continuously seeks to learn and expand his knowledge and understanding of how fitness can help his clients achieve their maximum potential.
