A special Department of Justice investigation has been launched into the allegations that the FBI and Director Comey may have mishandled the last minute announcement of further inquiries into Hillary Clinton's emal server on the eve of the election. U.S. intelligence has all but substantiated that Russia interfered with the election. President Obama made his farewell speech this week in Chicago.
