Not what I'd hoped for
The book's description didn't indicate the "hacks" included are written exclusively for "Windows" users (I'm a Linux OS user). Furthermore, the only reference to Python was introducing it as a high level language. There were no suggestions for writing usable Python scripts.
I didn't learn anything from the Tor manual that I hadn't already discovered in open source on the web.
Mitnick's books contain some good info, but they are really set up for introducing topics that are for the absolute neophyte. For those seeking some in-depth hands-on learning, there are probably some better resources available.
