How to find peace with your body, and learn to trust yourself. A conversation with the luminous and deeply wise Hillary McBride. So we explore how to celebrate and accept what is, even as we practice growth. Hillary is such a special and powerful voice for our moment. Her books: “The Wisdom of Your Body”  “Practices for Embodied Living” should be manuals for how to relate to your body — this topic most of us receive no formal eduction about growing up, and often toxic ideas modeled by family members or peers.
