She joins us today to share her story with Fibroids and how she has been able to use diet and wellness to shrink her fibroids. Phyllis shares the importance that diet and overall wellbeing plays in management of Fibroids, hormonal balance and general womb health.

Phyllis is a womb wellness advocate and is passionate in raising awareness and educating people globally about fibroid management, womb wellness and general wellbeing. She provides one on one support for women to get fibroid relief, hormonal balance, meal guidance and support, prevent fibroid growth and for whole body healing.
