In this episode, I share the patterns I have seen in patients who suffer from burnout.  I share my own journey with adrenal fatigue and what I learned during this painful time of my life. 

I offer what I believe to be the single most important aspect for a full recovery as well as the prevention of recurrent episodes of adrenal fatigue.   I discuss a deeper health strategy that involves the need to re-learn the relaxation response and I leave you with some simple and impactful strategies to begin this process.
