A: In 2021 with the technology as well as innovation we are living in being faster or
more rapid then ever before but then the people being more stagnant comfortable and lazy due to the conditions we exist or live in it makes for a scary evolution! We must lean into changing, adjusting, evolving and growing!  The difficult part is overcoming insecurities, fear, self and ego! The more empirical we can operate the better testing measuring developing via inspection transparency adaptation!
