This is an invitation to awaken to our soul’s whispers so that with each new sunrise, we feel wildly alive, playfully curious and deeply connected, unapologetically, to the brilliance that we already are.

This podcast’s intention is to uncover not what we’re DOING, but who we are BEING. Together we’ll question, discover and unravel into our “unstory”- the being we are minus all the labels. With conversations about the universe, the brain, consciousness, courage, creativity, theatre, technology, meditation, Law of Attraction, nature and beyond, we’ll open to coming home to ourselves.

Every couple of weeks, we’ll focus on one theme, giving us time to integrate that concept into our daily lives. Giving ourselves the space to take what feels right for us, and let go of the rest.

And hopefully share laughs along the way!
