The questions this week consist of...

(Personal Trainer) - I have NOTHING other than my experience and programs I teach in person. What is the FIRST thing I should do to build an online business?

(Survival Ecommerce store) - My current setup is that people sign up to our list to get discounts on our products. But then where do I go from there? They already got the discount when they signed up to our list. Should I be making a different more specific offer, and then upsell from there?

(Dating coach) - I’ve been following a few of the marketing experts. i wrote a series of emails. How do I know my funnel is working? What is the first thing I should be looking at for improvement?

(Real estate coach) - I sell a low end info-product. I’m looking to build up online brand including an in-depth mentoring program. Would you recommend I do a product launch or build a funnel?

(Personal Trainer) - Right now I’m currently working with clients one-on-one. I have a couple of info-products. But they are not really making any sales. I’d like to increase the sales of my products and start doing group coaching training events. But I don’t have a clue how I would put a program like this together.
