Gentlemen, who can relate? You got into training to impress a girl you had a crush on and now you have 30 dudes in your DMs using classic pick up lines like "just trying to get like you bro"  

We've been getting a lot of messages about this and it's time we clear the air. Here is our official position on the matter: If you fall off of the treadmill at the gym or are caught cackling at work while listening, that's 100% on you. We will not take any responsibility for lost wages, sprained ankles or any byproduct of how funny we are. We can't help it.  

On this side of the world the following things will always be held true: Cool Whip over Whipped Cream, Walmart pie is garbage, and at the end of prep you should be as naked as possible at the gym. Disagree? Comment below and we'll be happy to shame you.
